    Fruits & Vegetables #2: Lemon Cucumber

    Lemon CucumbersYes, that’s really a cucumber.  This is a heritage variety of cucumber that looks a whole lot like a lemon.  I found it to be quite sweet compared to regular cumbers.  They look pretty damn neat when cut into wedges…just like lemon slices!

    I saw these at the Farmer’s Market a couple of weeks ago, and when I decided to do this project, I knew I had to try them!
